Overpaying for cake

You ever know 100% you are spending too much on a drink or specialty dessert? I am talking like 20$ for a small slice of cake at a cafe. You are so stressed about something that it doesn't matter. How often does this happen and I don't notice?

Anyways, today I choose to do it anyway and without doubt, waiting on medical test.
